WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Counseling
In therapy, this is where the real internal work happens. It's a safe space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and build the kind of self-awareness that actually changes how you show up in your relationships, your work, and your life.
I'm a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing under clinical supervision in Minnesota. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating:
Identity and belonging
Relationship dynamics and communication
Cultural and generational conflict
Life transitions and major decisions
Personal growth and self-understanding
Anxiety, self-worth, and trauma patterns that keep showing up
Trauma, including intergenerational, cultural, and relational trauma
My approach is warm, direct, and culturally responsive. I engage with you. I ask questions, and I help you connect the dots. Trauma doesn't always look like a single event, sometimes it's the weight carried across generations, or the quiet cost of navigating multiple cultures and identities at once. I bring that understanding into the room, especially for clients whose experiences don't fit a simple narrative.

Coaching
For the cycle breakers, builders, and dreamers. who want to grow with intention and lead from a grounded place.
You might not be in a place of crisis. You're in a place of momentum, and you want to grow with intention rather than just push harder.
I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and people in transition who want to:
Get clear on who they are and what they're building
Lead with more authenticity and less performance
Navigate complex dynamics at work or in community
Make decisions that are aligned with their values, not just their ambitions
Build a life that actually feels like theirs
Coaching sessions are focused, forward-moving, and built around your specific goals.
Meet the Founder
I've lived between worlds my whole life. That's not a wound; it's a lens. It's how I see what others miss.
As the daughter of Hmong refugees, I learned early that survival and belonging are two very different things. My parents built a life in a country that was never theirs. Watching their resilience, their grief, their hope, shaped everything I believe about what it means to belong, to lead, and to create community.
When I sit with a client, facilitate a workshop, or take the stage, I'm not just showing up as a clinician or a speaker; I'm showing up as someone who understands, in her bones, what it means to hold multiple truths at once and still find her footing.
